Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing various areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
